The watch

Four steps, then it keeps itself.

  1. Send

Create an invoice in minutes, or set it to repeat. It goes out in your business’s name with a pay button for card or bank.

  2. Remind

A friendly reminder goes out 4 days before the due date, signed with your name. If your client replies, Dunn pauses and sends the reply to you.

  3. Fee

You set the late fee on the invoice, so your client sees it from day one. If they pay late, Dunn adds it, with a heads-up to you the day before.

  4. Paid

The money goes straight to your Stripe account. Reminders stop, the invoice is marked paid, and every email is kept as your record.

Who's always late

Some clients are always late. Now you know which.

Dunn keeps a record per client — how often they run past the date, and by how many days. You can price accordingly, or stop guessing.

The tone is the product

Nothing we send would embarrass you.

No red type, no legal threats, no collection language. A reminder from a business that keeps good records.

Questions

What owners ask first.

I’ve never sent an invoice. Is Dunn for me?

Yes. Pick your client, add what you did and the price, choose a due date, and send. No Stripe account yet? You can set one up while you sign up, in a few minutes.

Do I need a Stripe account?

Yes. Dunn creates your invoices in your own Stripe account, and your clients pay through Stripe by card or bank transfer. The money goes straight to you. Dunn never holds it.

Will my clients know I use Dunn?

Emails go out in your business’s name and sign off with your name. Replies come back to you.

How many emails will my client get?

The invoice, one friendly reminder 4 days before it’s due, then a notice or two if it goes late. If they reply, the reminders stop.

When does the late fee apply?

You set it on the invoice: the day after the due date, or after a grace period you pick. Your client sees it from the first email. The day before it’s added, Dunn gives you a heads-up so you can lower or waive it.

What happens when a client replies?

Dunn pauses the reminders and sends the reply to you. Hit Reply to answer them directly. The reply is kept with the invoice as your record.

What counts as a client on the $39 plan?

Each client you invoice in a month, up to 5, billed as often as weekly. Need more? Unlimited is $59.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Pay monthly or yearly, and cancel from Settings whenever you like. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. And your first payment comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
