Here are three cleaning invoices you can copy: a one-time home clean, a recurring client, and an office. Swap in your own details and prices.

Short answer: list each cleaning service on its own line with the date, the areas cleaned, and a price. Add supplies or extras separately, and put a real due date at the bottom.

Example 1: one-time home clean

For regular clients, send one invoice per visit or one per month that lists each visit date. Pick one and stick with it.

Example 3: office (commercial) cleaning

Business clients often need your contract or agreement number on the invoice, and the name of the person who approves payments.
